[guardian-dev] owncloud + jsxc: webchat that does XMPP, OTR, and webrtc

I was asking about OwnCloud. Is this a hosting company or a Linux
distribution? Why is it easier to use Owncloud for an XMPP server,
versus for example, Debian?
